Our group exercise classes offer a great addition to gym training.

We have over 30 classes each week to suit all levels of fitness…and the majority of them are FREE to members!

Early morning Meta Burn & Meta Fit

 

Start or end the day with a bang and fire your metabolism into action with a 40 minute full body blast!

Morning class- Friday 6.50am - 7.30am

Body Sculpt 

A combination of toning and shaping for the whole body, with the use of handheld weights and dyna bands.

Floor exercises, core conditioning, stretching and flexibility- A complete workout, suitable for all!
