Our group exercise classes offer a great addition to gym training.

We have over 30 classes each week to suit all levels of fitness…and the majority of them are FREE to members!

Start or end the day with a bang and fire your metabolism into action with a 40 minute full body blast!

A combination of toning and shaping for the whole body, with the use of handheld weights and dyna bands.
