Goldcard Terms & Conditions

The Forest Hills Hotel Gold Card can be used in any of the hotel bars and Hilltops Restaurant. This Excludes

* View Nightclub.

* Accommodation.

* Weddings.

* Functions/Parties held in the Vale Royal Suite.

* Functions/Parties in other function rooms.

* Programme of Forthcoming Events/Special Functions held in the Hilltops Restaurant.

When payment is made by voucher/s, points will not be received on this spend. For Example when settling a bill of £50.00 using £10.00 worth of points/voucher, new points will only be received on the £40.00 spend.

Vouchers can only be used to settle a maximum of 50% of your entire bill.

Vouchers cannot be used for payment when attending Special Functions.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. EG; August 2 for 1 Sunday Lunch 2007 offer, £30.00 per couple dining offer, Gourmet night Goldcard offer price etc.

Points will only be received for parties of up to 20 people. Bookings over 20 in the Restaurant will only receive points for 20 guests.

Vouchers are not required to be issued to redeem points, the points can be redeemed from your bill from your collated points, which will show on your receipt. This can be arranged with the Duty Manager/Restaurant Manager on the day.

Management Reserve the right to change promotions or prices without any notice being given. All offers are subject to availability.

Minimum spend to collect points is £2.00.

Only one card issued per person.

Loss or damage to the card will result in a replacement card being issued. However any points will be redeemed off the old card at date of loss.

Management reserve the right to void a card if deemed necessary or due to misuse.

Gold Cards do not entitle you to any membership and will not be confused as such. When making requests as Goldcard holders we will endeavour to accommodate, but requests are not guaranteed.

Points can be gained but not redeemed against services for the month of December.

For every pound spent, you will receive one point.
Points may only be taken on one card per transaction/table.

One point is equal to 10p.

Points are not redeemable for money nor are they transferable.

You may start to redeem points once you have collected 100 points or more.

Points will be redeemed in the form of Forest Hills Hotel Gift Vouchers, or in the form of any promotion we may be running at the time.

Forest Hills Hotel Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can any change be given when paying with vouchers.

There is no limit of points that you can accumulate.
The maximum voucher payout at any one time is £100.00 (ie 1000 points).

If the Gold Card is forgotten on the day/night of purchases, points cannot be added to it at a later date. However, if you can prove you have a Gold Card, points can be manually put on to your account on the evening if you inform the Duty Manager upon your arrival at the hotel.

You will find the balance of your points at the bottom of every receipt when completing a transaction.

We reserve the right to keep our Gold Card members informed by post of any special promotions or offers, unless specified otherwise.
