We ask that all guests & visitors bring their own face masks although, if you don't have one they will be available to purchase from reception for £1.

Can I drink in a communal area after 10pm if I have made sure I purchased it before 10pm?
No, following the new laws all restaurants and bars are required to close at 10pm.
Can I get drinks just before 10pm and take them to my room?
Yes, you may purchase drinks to enjoy in your bedroom. These can not be consumed in the lounge or any public area of the hotel.
Can my family meet me for dinner at the hotel if I am staying there and they are local residents?
Following the current guidelines you cannot meet with anyone from outside your household indoors.
What time does the Hilltops Restaurant close?
Reservations are required and will be available to book in advance or when you arrive. In order to ensure the restaurant is closed by 10pm the last table reservation is 8:30pm.
When must I wear a mask?
Following government instruction, masks must now be worn in all public areas of the hotel. This excludes the gym & swimming pool however you must wear one upon entering the hotel until you reach these areas. It is now necessary to wear a mask in the Restaurant, however, this can be removed when seated at a table.
Is the Leisure Club Open?
Yes, both the gym & swimming pool is open. Slots are bookable up to 7 days in advance either over the phone, via email or on our brand new booking app FitSense which is available for members.
Am I able to use the Steam Room, Sauna & Jacuzzi?
Currently the steam room & sauna remains closed due to social distancing purposes, the jaccuzi is open with a maximum of 2 people allowed in at any time.
