COVID-19 UPDATE

Following the most recent Government Announcement, the Cheshire area has been placed in Tier 3. Therefore, on Saturday 26th December 2020, Forest Hills Hotel will be closing it's doors until further information on the Tier System is announced. 

Our teams are working hard to contact all our customers affected by these changes and we will be in touch with you. Please bare with us as we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls & emails.

We are pleased to confirm the Leisure Club will remain open for members and will follow the advertised festive opening hours over the Christmas period.

Following the most recent government announcement we wanted to update on the changes that have been made around our hotel.

We ask that all guests & visitors bring their own face masks although, if you don't have one they will be available to purchase from reception for £1.

FAQ's

Here is all our most common questions & answers surrounding Covid-19, if you have a question and the below does not answer it then please do not hesitate to contact us. 

I am a member of the Leisure Club what happens to my membership?

All memberships will be frozen from the point of closure and unfrozen automatically when we re-open. We can confirm no payments will be taken during this temporary closure. We can assure you that you wont lose out as we will give you back the 'time-owed' when we re-open.

Is the Leisure Club Open?

Following Recent Government Guidelines our Leisure Club will be re-opening on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 at 7am. Keep a look out on social media platforms and our website for updates. 

What happens to my Leisure Club Direct Debit?

The Leisure Club will not take any payments during this temporary closure. There is no need to cancel your direct debit as your membership has been automatically frozen. For those who have made a payment recently we can assure you that you will not lose out and once we are given the green light to re-open we will give you back the 'time-owed'.

Can I drink in a communal area after 10pm if I have made sure I purchased it before 10pm?

No, following the new laws all restaurants and bars are required to close at 10pm.

When must I wear a mask?

Following government instruction, masks must now be worn in all public areas of the hotel. This excludes the gym & swimming pool however you must wear one upon entering the hotel until you reach these areas. It is now necessary to wear a mask in the Restaurant, however, this can be removed when seated at a table.

Am I able to use the Steam Room, Sauna & Jacuzzi?

Currently the steam room & sauna remains closed due to social distancing purposes, the jaccuzi is open with a maximum of 2 people allowed in at any time.

Can I get drinks just before 10pm and take them to my room?

Yes, you may purchase drinks to enjoy in your bedroom. These can not be consumed in the lounge or any public area of the hotel.

What time does the Hilltops Restaurant close?

Reservations are required and will be available to book in advance or when you arrive. In order to ensure the restaurant is closed by 10pm the last table reservation is 8:30pm.

Can my family meet me for dinner at the hotel if I am staying there and they are local residents?

Following the current guidelines you cannot meet with anyone from outside your household indoors.
