Our exercise classes are available to both members and non-members and cater for all fitness levels, allowing you to workout at your own pace and within your own comfort level.
All classes are bookable via the FitSense app, or over the phone, 7 days in advance.
My name is Terri and I have been teaching fitness classes at the Forest Hills for almost 20 years. No matter what class I am teaching , I am a firm believer that it should be fun so that people want to come back. I tend to play mainly 60's/70's and 80's music - most people enjoy the music so much that they don't realise how hard they are working (until the next day ! ). I’m Stella and I teach Zumba and Popfit. I’m forever dancing around at home, usually when I should be cleaning or doing housework, making up new routines to bring to classes.You'll be able to spot me around the gym by my funky leggings, i have quite a few pairs! I am passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable to relax, exercise and be themselves. There are no wrong moves in my classes, the aim is just to get moving and enjoy yourself. Come along and you can expect a warm welcome, uplifting music and to leave feeling great about yourself.
I’m Bev, I teach upbeat Aqua and dance fitness classes with an emphasis on the ‘feel good factor’ and having fun. My passion for exercise began with my own fat loss journey which involved losing 11 stone and finding a new, more positive way of thinking about myself. All of my classes are suitable for a range of abilities, ages and body shapes. Come and say ‘hello’ and have a chat, I’m the smiley one hanging around the poolside or the dance studio!
